How accurate is the carbon footprint calculation?

Our calculations use EPA-verified emission factors tailored for your region. We regularly update our data to ensure accuracy based on the latest environmental research.

Is my data private?

Absolutely! By default, all your data stays on your device. We never collect or share your personal information. iCloud sync is completely optional and requires your explicit consent.

Can I switch between imperial and metric units?

Yes! Go to Settings > Region Settings to switch between imperial (miles, lbs) and metric (km, kg) units at any time.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings > About and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase.

The app isn't syncing with iCloud

Please check: 1) iCloud is enabled in your device settings, 2) You have enough iCloud storage, 3) iCloud sync is enabled in the app's Settings > iCloud Sync.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Settings > Export Data to export all your activity data in CSV format.

Troubleshooting

  1. Restart the app: Close the app completely and reopen it
  2. Update your iOS: Make sure you're running the latest version of iOS
  3. Update the app: Check the App Store for updates
  4. Reinstall: If issues persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling (your data is backed up if you use iCloud sync)
